KLCEI recruits talented teachers and heads of faculty to staff its school. As a way to attract and retain excellent local fluent Korean and heads of faculty teachers, KLCEI currently pays $16.67 an hour for its teachers.
We seek teachers who hold a bachelor’s degree or higher or have equivalent work experience in education, art or music. Selections are based on academic performance, extra-curricular activities, recommendations, and an interview with the KLCEI Headmistress. Selections will be made by the head mistress of the school in consultation with the KLCEI board of director. Headmistress selections are made by the board of directors.
